(3) EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
(J BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members.concurring:
SECTION I. That the three (3) easements listed below and attach-
ed hereto are hereby approved and accepted for public utility
purposes.
I . Dee.d of Easement from Ashland Oil, Inc. (attached
hereto as Exhibit "A")
2. Deed of Easement from The Prudential Insurance Co.
of America (attached hereto as Exhibit "B")
3. Deed of Easement from The Prudential Insurance Co.
of America (attached hereto as Exhibit "C")
/SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
