A RESOLUTION REGARDING AN APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL
FUNDS FOR REHABILITATION OF SCIOTO PARK. I
0 WHEREAS, the Village has made application for a Park Rehabilita- I
tion Grant for Scioto Park under the "Urban Park and Recreation !
Recovery Program" and certain requirements must be mce to quaI- I
ify: !
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECT ION I . That the Village Administrator is hereby designated
the Project Leader responsible for implementation of the project
and will comply with all HCRS requirements for UPARR GrantS.
SECTION 2. The V i II age will share in the cost of the project at
the required rate of 30% or $12,000.00 and said funds wi II come
from Income Tax Receipts.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be In
force immediately upon its passage.
