A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AN
EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWERS PHASE I I .
[) ;~, .' BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the easement obtained from Paul G. Varga for
Phase II Sanitary Sewers in the amount of $19,000.00 is hereby
approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in forc~
immediately upon its passage.
