WHEREAS, Section 900 of the Vi I lage of Dubl in Subdivision Regula-
tions require a publ ic hearing on any proposed amendments:
\J eM , THEREFORE, PE IT RESOLVED by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ____ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That on the ~ day of ~I>>"~ , 1979, at 7:30
p . \,~ . at the Dublin Municipal Pui Iding, a publ ic hearing shal I be
held on a proposed amendme~t increasing the Park and Playground
Fees for Subdivision owners.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be and he hereby is directed
to give notice of said hearing by publ ication In a newspaper of
general circulation in the Vi Ilage of Dubl in, Ohio at least 15
days prior to the date fixed for said hearing in accordance with
[J Section 900 of the Vi I lage Subdivision r~egu I at ions. ^,t least
two (2) copies of tre Ordinance proposing the amendment shal I be
avai lable for publ ic inspect i on at least 15 days prior to said
hearing.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shal I take effect and be in force Im-
mediately upon its passage.
