A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATIJR
TO ENTER INTO A CUNTRACT WITH A FIR~i TO CONDUCT

'.-JHEREAS, proposals have heen received from various firms to
conduct a Pol ice Study, and ...
WHEREAS~ Counci I is of the opinion that said study should be
conducted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE~LVED by the Counci I of the Vi I lage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION L. That the Vi I lageJidministrator is hereby directed to
enter into a contract with 'iI~IJ' f},;yJ'N~?.lA7tAJ ~~ for a
Po lice Study in accordance their proposal which is attached here-
to and marked as nExhibit ~!n and hereby made an official part
of this Resolution.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to appro-
priate the necessary funds to conduct said study.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shal I be in force and take effect
U immediately upon its passage.
