RESOLUTION NO. 'ff~-. 7'
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE VILLAGE ENGINEER
TO PREPARE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, PROFILES AND
ESTIMATE OF COST FOR PROPOSED REPAIR AND IM-
PROVEMENT OF GLICK ROAD WITHIN THE VILLAGE.
C WHEREAS, It has come to the attention of the Council of the
Village of Dublin, Ohio, that portions of Glick Road within the
Village are in need of repair and improvement and that the
.
present condition of said road presents a danger to the public
health, safety and welfare of inhabitants of the Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin, Ohio, !' members concurring, that
Section 1. The Village Engineer be and hereby is requested
to review the present condition of Glick Road within the Village
and to prepare plans, specifications, profiles, and estimates of
cost for the repair and improvement of said Glick Road.
(J Section 2. That this Resolution be and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare; therefore,
this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upo1
its passage.

Accepting the Highest Bid for Bonds Based UP9n the Lowest
Rate of Interest Presented by a Responsible Bidder.
Mr.s Headlee Qoved the adoption of the
following Resolution:
0 WHEREAS, ~ca30A9ood f~ ~1ayer ' of
C; 1I11~ i 1I11dL L; , Ohio, a responsible bidder, has presented a bid
for bonds in the principal amount of $225,000 with premium of $ l108.75 ,
and accrued interest, upon a rate of interest, viz. 61/2 ~

percent per annum, and other than that provided for in the Ordinance
adopted on the 2nd day of July , 1979 under Section 133.33 of
the Revised Code of Ohio, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the bid of Seasongood & Mayer
of Cinncinnatti , Ohio, be and the same is hereby accepted,
said bid being the highest based upon the lowest rate of interest other
than that provided for in said Ordinance; and be it further
RESOLVED, that said bonds, after being duly executed and signed
C according to law and according to the Ordinance heretofore adopted by
said Village Council but bearing the rate of interest provided for in
said accepted bid, be delivered by the Clerk of said Council to the said
purchaser__ on their compliance with the terms of said sale, and be it
further
RESOLVED, that said Clerk furnish to said successful bidder a true
Transcript and statement of net indebtedness, certified by him, and such
other information as is provided by law; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Clerk of this Council is hereby directed to
certify a copy of this Resolution to the County Auditor as required by
Section 133.36 of the Revised Code of Ohio.
