A RESOLUTION SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 1980 PROPOSED BUDGET
I D FOR THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECT I ON I . That on the 18th day of June, 1979 at 7:30 P.M. at
the Dublin Municipal Building a public hearing shall be held on
the Proposed Tax Budget for the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for fis
cal year 1980.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is, direc1 -
ed to give notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper
of general circulation in the Village of Dubl in, Ohio at least
ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing in accord-
ance with Section 5705.30 of the Ohio Revised Code.
SECTION 3. That at least two (2) copies of said proposed Budget
shall be filed in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Villac e
for publ ic inspect i on not less than ten (10) days prior to said
hearing.
