A RESOLUTION SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR A
PUBLIC HEAR I NG. ,

BE IT R~OLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECT I ON I . That on the 2nd day of July, 1979, at 7:30 P.M. at
the Dublin Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on
an application for P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) zoning on an I
11.4 acre tract at the intersection of Sawmill and Martin Roads, I
within the Vil.age of Dublin. The land is currently zoned R-2
Residential. The proposed Ordinance No: ~ and the application
together with the report of the Planning and Zoning Commission,
are on fi Ie in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is, dir-
ected to give notice of said hearing by publication in a news-
paper of general circulation in the Village of Dubl in at least
thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and by
first class mail to the property owners within and contiguous to
and directly across the street from the property requested to be
rezoned. The notice shall be sent to the addresses of such own-
ers appearing on the County Auditors current tax list of the
(J Treasurers mailing list, and are to be sent at least twenty (20)
days prior to the date fixed for said hearing.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
