A RESOLUTION SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR A
PUBLIC HEAR I NG.
D BE IT ~tpOlVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That on the 2nd day of July, 1979, at 7:30 P.M. at
the Dublin Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on
an application for P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) zoning on an
105.75 acre tract approximately 3,500 feet west of the intersect-
ion of Coffman and Post Roads and extending northward from Post
Road approximately 4,500 feet, within the Village of Dublin. The
land is currently zoned R-I Residential. The proposed Ordinance
NO: (,O~l1... and the appl ication toget'her with the report of the
Planning and Zoning Commission are on file in the office of the
Clerk-Treasurer of the Village.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is, dir-
ected to give notice of said hearing by publication in a news-
paper of general circulation in the Village of Dublin at least
thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and by
first class mail to the property owners within and contiguous to
and directly across the street from the property requested to be
[] rezoned. The notice shall be sent to the addresses of such own-
ers appearing on the County Auditors current tax list or the
Treasurers mailing list, and are to be sent at least twenty (20)
days prior to the date fixed for said hearing.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
