A RESOLUTION REQUESTING AN ADVANCE FROM THE
FRANKLIN COUNTY AUDITOR FROM THE CURRENT
0 COLLECTION OF TAXES COLLECTED IN BEHALF OF
THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Clerk-Treasurer be"and he hereby is, author
ized and directed to file the necessary form to request an ad-
vance from the Franklin County Auditor from the current collect-
ion of taxes collected in behalf of the Village ot Dublin, Ohio.
The request is in the amount of $50,000.00 needed to meet the
expenditures of the Police - Safety Fund.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take eftect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
