. A RESOLUTION SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING. I
., BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, state
IJ of Ohio, -tL- of the elected members concurring: I
SECTION 1. That on the 21st day of May , 1979, at 7:30
P.M. at the Village Municipal Building, a public hearing shall
be held~ on the application for S.O. (suburban Office) zoning
of a .874 acre tract on the corner of: West Dublin-Granville Road
and David Road, wi thin the Village of Dublin. The land is cur-
rently zoned R-4 Residential. The proposed Ordinance No: 3~71 .,
and the application, together with the report of the Plannrng---
and Zoning Commission, are on file in the office of the Clerk-
Treasurer of the Village.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is, dir-
ected to give notice of said hearing by publication in a news-
paper of general circulation in the Village of Dublin at. least
thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and by
first class mail to the property owners within and contiguous to
and directly across the street from the property requested to be
rezoned. The notice shall be sent to the addresses of such own-
ers appearing on the County Auditors current tax list or the
Treasurers mailing list, and are to be sent at least twenty (20)
days prior to the date fixed for said hearing.'

immediately upon its passage.
