A RESOLUTION SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING.
D BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council ot the Village ot Dublin, State
ot Ohio, ~ ot the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That on the~lst day ot May, 1979, a public hearin~
will be held at 7:30 P.M. at the Dublin Municipal Building, 66 5
Cottman Road, on the application tor C.C. (Community Commercial)
zoning ot a 12.2 acre tract at the corner ot Bright and Sawmill
Roads, within the Village ot Dublin. The land is currently zon-
ed R-I - Residential. The proposed Ordinance No: 34.." and the
application, together with the report ot the Planning and Zoning
Commission, are on tile in the ottice ot the Clerk-Treasurer ot
the Village.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is, direc-
ted to give notice ot said hearing by publication in a newspaper
ot general circulation in the Village ot Dublin at least thirty
(30) days prior to the date tixed tor said hearing and by tirst i
class mail to the property owners within and cont1.guO\1S to and
dire.c:tly aer-08.~.the street trom the property requested to be re-
zoned. The notice shall be sent to the addresses ot such owners
appearing on the County Auditors current tax list or the Treasur.
