RESOLUTION SETTING A TIME AND P LA C E FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING.
n BE IT RESOLVED, by the Counci I of the Village of Dubl in, State of
Ohio, Cc:> of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That on the 2/.1''1' day of~, 1979, at 7:30
P.M. at the Vii lage Municipal Bui Iding, a pUD ic hearing shal I
be held on the appl ication of "Donegal CI iffs" for rezoning of !
approximately 134 acres of land within the Vii lage to P.U.D.
(Planned Unit Development) from Residential Zoning District R-I.
The proposed Ordinance No: 15'.71 and the application, together
with the report of the Planning and Zoning Commission, are on f i I e
in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Vii lage.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is, direc-
ted to give notice of said hearing by publ ication In a newspaper
of general circulation in the Vii lage of Dublin at I east th i rty
(30) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and by first
c I ass ma i I to the property owners within and contiguous to and ,
directly across the street from the property requested to be re- I
zoned. The not ice sha II be sent to the addresses of such owners i
appearing on the County Auditors current tax list or the Treasur- I

prior to the date fixed for said hearing.
