A RESOLUTION SETTING A TIME AND PLACE
FOR A PUBLIC HEARING.
() BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ____ of the elected Members concurring:
SECTION I. That on the ~ day of Apr ii, 1979, a Special Meeting
I will be held at ,,'0 A.M. at the Dublin Municipal Building to con-

i duct a public hearing on the application for O.L.R., Office, Lab-
oratory, Research Zoning for an 18.771 acre tract of land on the
I southwest corner of Frantz and Rings Roads, within the Village of
I
i Dublin. The land is currently zoned R-Rural. The proposed Ordin-
ance No: ;/.'1-'1'1 and the appl~cation data together with the report
of the Planning and Zoning Commission are on file in the office of
the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is, direct-
ed to give notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of
general circulation in the Village of Dublin at least thirty (30)
days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and by first class
mail to the property owners within and contiguous to and directly
I across the street from, the property requested to be rezoned. The
I notices shall be sent to the addresses of such owners appearing on
the County Auditors current tax list or the Treasurers mailing lis t,
[] and are to be sent at least twenty (20) days prior to the date
fixed for said hearing.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force im-
mediately upon its passage.
