A RESOLUTION SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING.
0 BE IT RESOLVED by the Counci I of the Vi I lage of Dubl in, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECT I ON I . That on the 7th day of May, 1979, at 7:30 P.M. at the
Vi I lage Municipal Bui Iding, a publ ic hearing shal I be held on the
application for R-2, Residential Zoning, for an 8.198 acre tract
of I and on Sawm i II Road just north of Summitview Road, within the
Vi I lage of Dublin. The land is currently zoned R-I-Residential
Zoning. The proposed Ordinance NO: ~f.7' and the appl ication
data together with the report of the Planning and Zoning Commis-
sion are on fi Ie in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Vi 1-
lage.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is directe
to give notice of said hearing by publ ication in a newspaper of
general circulation in the Vi I lage of Dubl in at least thirty (30)
days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and by first class
mai I to the property owners within and contiguous to and directly
across the street from, the property requested to be rezoned.
The notices shal I be sent to the addresses of such owners appear-
(] ing on the County Auditors current tax I ist or the Treasurers
mai ling list, and are to be sent at least twenty (20) days prior
to the date fixed for said hearing.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shal I take effect and be in force I m-
mediately upon its passage.
