RESOLUTION DESIGNATING FINANCIAL I NST ITUT ION (5)
AS PUBLIC DEPOSITORY (S).
~ WHEREAS, the sealed application (s) hereinafter described was
(are) the highest and best application (s) for the deposit of
the public monies of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and the applica~
tion (s) was (were) as follows:

WHEREAS, the Village Council finds that the sureties and secur-
ities tendered are proper:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the Active deposits of public monies subject to
its control be, and the same hereby are, awarded, in accordance
[] with the provisions of Section 135.10 of the Ohio Revised Code,
as follows:
To be deposited and safely kept by the ollt. STATE. BAJJK for
a period of not less than thirty (30) days nor more than two (2)
years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Inactive deposits of public mon-
ies subject to its control be, and the same hereby are, awarded,
in accordance with the provisions of Section 135_09 of the Ohio
Revised Code as follows:
To be deposited in, and received, and safely kept by the 'JRK

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that institution (s), to whom said above
awards are made, shall respectively become the depository (s) for
the public monies of said Village of Dublin upon duly executing
and delivering to the Clerk-Treasurer of said Village of Dublin,
the sureties and securities tendered, and the acceptance of the
same by Village Council_
