RESOLUTION SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING ON AN AMENDMENT TO THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
D OHIO ZONING CODE, ORDINANCE NO: 21-70.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dubl in, State of
) Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That on the 5th day of March, 1979, at 7:30 P.M. at
the Village Municipal Building, 6665 Coffman Road, a public hear-
ing shall be held on Ordinance No: ~ amending Section 308.0~ I
of the Vii lage of Dubl in Zoning Code (Ordinance 21-70) changing
the minimum lot area for the R-4 "Suburban Residential District"
from 8,500 square feet to 10,000 square feet.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is directe
to give notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of
general circulation in the Village of Dublin at least thirty (30)
days prior to the date fixed for said hearing.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in forc
immediately upon its passage.
