A RESOLUTION SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING.
0 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That on the 5th day of March, 1979, at 7:30 P.M. at
the Dublin Municipal Bu i I din g, 6665 Coffman Road, a publ ic
hearing shall be held on the application of Victor Irelan for
rezoning of a 46.1 acre tract of land within the Village to the
l.I., limited Industrial Zoning District from the R-Rural Zoning
District. The proposed Ordinance NO: 11-14L- and the application
together with the report of the Planning and Zoning Commission
are on fi Ie in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is, dir-
ected to give Notice of said hearing by publication in a news-
paper of general circulation in the Village of Dublin at least
thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and by
first class mail to the property owners within, cont i guous to,
and directly across the street from, the property requested to
be rezoned. The notices shall be sent to the addresses of such
owners appearing on the County Auditors current tax list or the
0 Treasurers mailing list, and are to be sent at least twenty (20)
days prior to the date fixed for said hearing.
SECTION 3.. That this Resolution shal I take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
