RESOLUTION SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING.
0 BE IT RESOLVED by the Counci I of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That on the 5th day of March 1979 at 7:30 P.M. at
the Vii lage Municipal Bu i I ding, 6665 Coffman Road, a pub I i c
hearing shall be held on the application of Elmer R. Gall for
rezoning of a .873 acre tract of land within the Village to the
C.C. Community Commercial Zoning District from the Residential
Zoning District, R-2. The proposed Ordinance, NO: :J.O-lCt
and the application together with the report of the Planning and
Zoning Commission are on file in the Office of the Clerk-Treasur
er of the Village.

SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby IS, dir-
ected to give Notice of said hearing by publication In a news-
paper of general circulation in the Village of Dubl in at least
thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and
by first class mail to the property owners within, contiguous
to, and directly across the street from, the property requested
to be rezoned. The notices shall be sent to the addresses of
0 such owners appearing on the County Auditors current tax I ist or
the Treasurer's mai ling list, and are to be sent at least twenty
(20) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be In
force immediately upon its passage.
