I~ A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND ACCEPT STORM AND SANITARY
SEWER EASEMENTS IN "WEYBRIDGE" - MUIRFIELD PHASE NO, 18
WHEREAS, the attached Easements are required for possible future cleaning or
repairs of said Storm Sewers and Sanitary Sewers:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the attached Deed of Easement and Plats marked Exhibit "A"
and "B" are hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon passage,

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That MUIRFIELD LTD., an Ohio
Limited Partnership, of the State of Ohio, County of Delaware,
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($I.OO) and other
good and valuable considerations to them paid by the VILLAGE OF
1[; DUBLIN, a Municipal Corporation, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto said VILLAGE OF
DUBLIN, its successors and assigns forever a right-of-way over and
through the following described real estate:
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Delaware,
Village of Dublin, located in Virginia Military
Survey No. 2546, being strips of land as shown
upon the attached plats referred to as Exhibit "A"
and Exhibit "B" and being part of that tract of
land conveyed to Muirfield Ltd., by deed of record
in Deed Book 377, Page 418, Recorder's Office,
Delaware County, Ohio.
These Easements are granted for the purpose of constructing, using
and maintaining a Storm Sewer and Sanitary Sewer and appurtenant
works in any part of said strips, including the right to clean,
11 repair and care for said Storm Sewer and Sanitary Sewer, to-
e gether with the right of access to the said strips for the said
purpose.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises unto said Grantee VILLAGE OF
DUBLIN its successors and assigns forever, for the uses and purposes
hereinbefore mentioned.
