BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7
of the elected members concurring:
SECTI ON 1. WHEREAS, a request has been made to vacate a portion of an existi
Easement to release the encroachment of a building line and, Council is of th
opinion that it should be vacated said vacation is hereby approved. (See Ex-
hibit "A").
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediatel
upon its passage.
