A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
Irl A HIGHWAY SAFETY PROGRAM CONTRACT AND THE CIVIL RIGHTS
U ASSURANCE AGREEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING A STUDY
OF THE TRAFFIC PATTERNS ALONG S.R. 161 BETWEEN FRANTZ AND
SAWMILL ROADS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
SECTION 1. That a detailed traffic analysis of S.R. 161 between Sawmill and
Frantz Roads is a necessary and appropriate measure to be taken by this Co unci
for the purpose of maintaining and controlling the safe and efficient flow of
traffic along the aforesaid section of roadway within the corporate limits of
the Village of Dublin, Ohio.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager be, and he is hereby, designated as the
authorizing official to enter into the Highway Safety Program Contract and the
Civil Rights Assurance Agreement for the purpose of conducting the aforesaid
study.
SECTION 3. That the Assistant to the Village Manager be, and he is hereby,
designated to serve as the Project Director on behalf of the Village of Dublin
for the duration of this project.
D, SECTION 4. That this Resolution is declared to be an emergency measure neces-
' sary for the preservation of the public peace, safety and health of the resi-
dents of Dublin,. Ohio.
