A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE VACATION OF PLATTED UTILITY EASEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
~ Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
-.; SECTION 1. Whereas the five lots numbers 33 through 37 of
Waterford Village Phase 6, recorded in Plat Book 57, page 22,
Recorder1s Office, Franklin County, Ohio, have been split
into four lots as described in Official Records Vol. 960,
page C-15, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio; and,
whereas The Ohio Bell Telephone Company has requested a new
deed of easement necessitating and allowing the release of
the previously platted 10 foot easement between old lots
numbers 36 and 37 of Waterford Village Phase 6, the vacation
of this platted easement is hereby approved and accepted.
(See attachments marked Exhibit IIAII and 11811)
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.

dated March 14 ,19~, and recorded in Deed/Plat Book 'l? ,
Page 22 , Franklin County Records. Said real estate known as being
more particularly described as follows: being lots 35 and )6 of Waterford Village
phase 6 and being parts of easements of both lots as shown and described on
the attached drawing, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
