WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin, per Resolution No: 29-81 has entered into an aggreement with Adria Labortories, Inc. for the construction of a Sanitary Sewerline, and; WHEREAS, the Village has agreed to obtain the necessary easements: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, In of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1. That the attached Deeds of Easements marked Exhibits "A", "B" and "C" and the conditions thereof for construction of a Sanitary Sewerline are hereby approved and accepted. SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
