A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO SERVE
IN THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF CARL KARRER AS
DUBLIN HISTORICAL SOCIETY REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD

EREAS, V Dublin Historical Society has recommended the appointment of
to serve in the unexpired term of Carl Karrer as their
representative clki the Architectural Review Board; and
WHEREAS, this unexpired term continues until March 31, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, r of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of
Carl Karrer as the Dublin Historical Society representative on the Architectural
Review Board, a term expiring on March 31, 2012
Section 2. The member appointed herein shall serve until a successor is appointed
or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 3. The member appointed herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
