Ir1 RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC
ILJ HEARING ON AMENDMENTS TO THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
OHIO, OHIO ZONING CODE ORDINANCE NO. 21-70, SECTION
541 THE SIGN REGULATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That on the 21st day of December, 1981, at 7:30 P.M. at the
Village Municipal Building, 6665 Coffman Road, a public hearing shall
be held on Ordinance No. 56-81 amending Section 541 of the Village Zon-
ing Code pertaining to Sign Regulations.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk of Council be, and hereby is, directed to give
notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circula-
tion in the Village of Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior to the date
fixed for said hearing.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
