RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING ON AN AMENDMENT TO THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
0 OHIO ZONING CODE ORDINANCE NO: 21-70, PART ELEVEN
(11) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, t,
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That on the 7th day of December 1981, at 7:30 P.M. at the Village
Municipal Building, 6665 Coffman Road, a public hearing shall be held on
Ordinance No: 51-81 amending Section 1121.01 of the Village Zoning Code to
provide a procedure for determining Uses and corresponding zoning classifi-
cations not otherwise specifically authorized.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk of Council be, and hereby is directed, per Section
1125.03 of the Codified Ordinances, to give Notice of said hearing by publi-
cation in a newspaper of general circulation in the Village of Dublin at least
thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
