Na-l THERE:FORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, I
Ohio, 7 members concurring, that: i
Section I. There be and hereby is declared an intent to appropriate,l
for the purposes of constructing a sidewaJk or walkway for ingress and egres,
purposes to the Dublin Public Schools, a pennanent and temporary easarent I
i
upon" over, ,and across the property wi th respective owners thereof as I
described in Exhibit A as attached hereto. i
Section 2, ~t upcm passage hereof the Law Director of the Vi~
be and is hereby authorized to ccmnence such proceedings as may be necessary I
to aa;ruire the respective easements necessary for said :inprover:rent. I
