ACCEPTING THE HIGHEST BID FOR BONDS
BASED UPON THE LOWEST RATE OF INTEREST
PRESENTED BY A RESPONSIBLE BIDDER

following Resolution:
WHEREAS, (Sw eN GY (tfRrlll.eIMlr of (bL{.lIn~/1S ,
Ohio, a responsible bidder, has presented a bid for bonds
in the principal amount of $ 400,000 , with a pre-
mium of $ 441.ID 1 and accrued interest, upon a rate of
interest, viz. /() 7/8' lb percent per annum, and otherwise
upon the terms provided for in the Ordinance/~
adopted on the 1st day of June , 19~, under Section
133.33 of the Revised Code of Ohio, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the bid of 1...,) ~Jt5iJE r (' AL rwR.z 6+1 T
of I' &lltnlJLLS , Ohio, be and the same is hereby accepted,
D said bid being the highest based upon the lowest rate of in-
terest other than that provided for in said Ordinance/Resolu-
tion; and be it further
RESOLVED, That said bonds , after being duly
executed and signed according to law and according to the
Ordinance/~ heretofore adopted by this Village
Council but bearing the rate of interest provided
for in said accepted bid, be delivered by the Finance Director
of this village to the said purchaser
upon compliance with the term of said sale, and be it
further
RESOLVED, That said Finance Directorfurnish to said
(J successful bidder a true Transcript of Proceedings, including
a statement of net indebtedness certified by him, and such
other information as is required by law; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of this Village
Council is hereby directed to certify a copy of this
each
Resolution to ~ County Auditor as required by Section 133.36
of the Revised Code of Ohio.
