A RESOLUTION SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL 1982, INCLUDING THE IN-
~ TENDED USE OF GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That on the 15th day of June 1981 at 7:30 P.M. in the
Dublin Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the Pro-
posed Budget for the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for fiscal year 1982
in accordance with Chapter 5705.30 of the Ohio Revised Code and General
Revenue Sharing guide lines.
SECTION 2. That the Finance Director be, and she hereby is, directed I
to give notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of general I

circulation in the Village of Dublin, Ohio at least ten (10) days prior
to the date fixed for said hearing.
SECTION 3. That at least two (2) copies of said Proposed Budget shall
be on file in the office of the Finance Director for public inspec-
tion not less than ten (10)days prior to said hearing.
SECTION 4. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
