A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A POLICY OF COOPERATION
BETWEEN THE DELAWARE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS AND THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN CONCERNING THE I
r-- POWELL/SCIOTO BASIN AREA FACILITIES PLAN.

WHEREAS, Delaware County and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency
deem it necessary to prepare a Facilities Plan for the Powell/Scioto
Basin Area, and
WHEREAS, the Powell/Scioto Basin Area includes alternatives which may
affect the Village of Dublin Sewer System and it is desirable for all
entities involved in the Powell/Scioto Basin Area planning effort to
be informed of the progress of said planning and to share data and '
I information relative to the planning area, !
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:

SECTION 1, That the Village of Dublin agrees to cooperate with Delaware '
County in the preparation of the Facilities Plan by supplying all avail-
able plans, data, and other pertinent information relative to solutions
of wastewater collection, conveyance and treatment problems within the
delineated planning area,
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
