Grant to prepare a Facilities Plan for the Powell/Scioto Basin Area (map attached). One of the alternatives that we will look at in the facilities plan will be sending the wastewater from the study area through the Dublin sewer system to the City of Columbus. Since Dublin will be involyed with our planning we would like to establish a .-.. cooperative planning agreement (EPA requirement) with the Village. It is the intent of this agreement that the parties involved will .......,. cooperate in the exchange of information during the project. Attached is a sample resolution that would meet the E.P.A. requirements. If you have any questions, please contact us. Yours truly, ~ rf~~~~q/ ./ GARY W. GILBERT, P.E.
