A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER, IF NECESSARY, TO
MAKE PROVISIONS TO CONDUCT A CENSUS TO ESTABLISH WARDS
t AS REQUIRED BY VILLAGE CHARTER.
WHEREAS, Section 3.03 (A) requires that no later than July 1, 1981,
Council shall, by Ordinance or Resolution, divide or redivide the
Municipality into four wards for the purpose of electing four ward
Council members at the next regular municipal election, and:
WHEREAS, it may become necessary to conduct a Census to determine the I
four wards: I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. The Village Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized and
directed to do those things necessary to conduct a Census to assist
Council in the determination of establishing four wards.
SECTION 2. That the necessary funds required to conduct said Census
are hereby appropriated from the Contingency Fund established in the
1981 Appropriation Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
