A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE ZONING OF TERRITORY
ANNEXED TO THE VILLAGE.
[ WHEREAS, as soon as practicable after the annexation of territory to
the Village, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall recommend to
Council the zoning districts to be applicable to said territory, and:
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended zoning
classifications for recently annexed territory:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. Territory recently annexed by Ordinance No. 49A-80,
251 acres south of Rings Road and west of Dublin Road; by Ordinance
No. 53-80, 3 acres in the Bellaire subdivision and, Ordinance No.
61-80, 53.4 acres south of Brand Road on both sides of Dublin-
Bellpoint Road are hereby placed in the R-1 -"Restricted Suburban
Residential" zoning classification as recommended by the Planning
and Zoning Commission.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force imme-
diately upon its passage.
