A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR THE ANNUAL UPDATING OF THE CODIFIED
,..... ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.

WHEREAS, the Village Council has recently approved and adopted a volume
of Codified Ordinances for the Village and;
WHEREAS, in the interest of keeping said Codified Ordinances updated
in coming years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring. 1
SECTION 1. That the Village Manager be and he hereby is, authorized
and directed to enter into an agreement with the Walter H. Drane Company
for the services as delineated in the agreement hereto attached and
marked as Exhibit "A".
e SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
