I A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZINb THE REQULATION OF TRAFFIC ON
MUIRFIELD DRIVE AND OTHER ROADS IN MUIRFIELD DURING THE
ANNUAL MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT.
I:: WHEREAS, the Annua! Hemoria! Tournament is schedu!ed at the Muirfie!d
Golf Club from May 18, 1981 through May 24, 1981; and
WHEREAS, there is an unusually large amount of vehicular traffic in-
volved with said Tournament; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the Dublin Village Council that such
traffic would be better controlled, thereby assuring the health, safety
and welfare of Village residents by regulating traffic on Muirfield
Drive and other roads in Muirfield.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. Muirfield Drive and all other roads in Muirfield are to
be closed to all traffic except as authorized by the Village Manager
II and Chief of Police of the Village of Dublin, Ohio during the hours
of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday, May 18, 1981 through Sunday,
May 24, 1981.
SECTION 2. In the further interest of the public health, safety,
and welfare, there shall be no parking by Tournament attendees and
[, others associated with the Tournament on non-collector streets and I
cul-de-sacs in Muirfield.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
