RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION

WHEREAS, CATHERIN HEADLEE for approximately twelve (12) years has
faithfully served the Village of Dublin, Ohio as Mayor, Council
Member, and has served on other Commit~ees; and
WHEREAS, in serving in these various capacities CATHER IN HEADLEE has
given freely of her efforts to the purpose of making the Village a
better place in which to live and work; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the Village of Dublin for
itself and on behalf of Village resjdents, to express sincere gratitude
to said CATHERIN HEADLEE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, that by this Resolution, said Council and
Village expresses its sincere thanks and best wishes for the future
to CATHERIN HEADLEE.
