A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDA-
( TION OF THE CENTRAL OHIO MAYORS AND
MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS COUNCIL REGARDING
HEALTH INSURANCE FOR VILLAGE EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the Central Ohio Mayors and Municipal Officials Council (COHMOC
contracted with Mercer-Meidinger, Inc. to review health insurance
coverages, and
I WHEREAS, the COMMOC Insurance Committee has recommended that the
proposal from Blue Cross of Central Ohio be accepted
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the proposal for 1986 health insurance rates as
submitted by Blue Cross of Central Ohio be and hereby is approved, and
Section 2. That the stated rates are for identical coverage as
[ previously obtained through the Mayors Council Plan with Blue Cross
of Central Ohio, and
Section 3. That this resolution be and hereby is declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the preservation of public health,
safety and welfare and shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
