WHEREAS, McDonald & Comoanv , a responsible
bidder, (the "Purchaser") has presented a bid to purchase bonds
t,,~ the Village of Dublin, Ohio (the "Issuer")
,in the principal amount of $ 200,000 , (the " Bonds II )
at par plus a premium of $ 297.90 and accrued interest,
based upon a rate of interest of 8.875%
, ''percent ( 8.875 %) per annum, and otherwise upon the terms
provided for in the Ordinance~~~~~~ adopted on the 16th day
of September , 19~, (the "Issuing Legislation"):
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council

Section 1. The bid of the Purchaser shall be and the same

is hereby accepted, said bid being the highest based upon the
lowest rate of interest other than that provided for in the
Issuing Legislation.
Section 2. The Bonds , after being duly executed and

bid, shall be delivered to the Purchaser upon compliance with the
terms of sale.
