WHEREAS, McDonald & Co~any , a responsible
bidder, (the "Purchaser") has presented a bid to purchase bonds
ft.~ the Village of Dublin, Ohio (the "Issuer")
~n the principal amount of $ 590,000 , (the n Bonds " )
at par plus a premium of $ 873.70 and accrued interest,
based upon a rate of interest of
