(MUNICIPAL BUILDING EXPANSION BONDS)
ACCEPTING THE HIGHEST BID FOR BONDS
BASED UPON THE LOWEST RATE OF INTEREST
PRESENTED BY A RESPONSIBLE BIDDER
.... i~r . Amorose moved the adoption of the following
Resolution:

WHEREAS, McDonald & Company , a responsible
bidder, (the "Purchaser") has presented a bid to purchase bonds
~.~ the Village of Dublin, Ohio (the "Issuer")
in the principal amount of $ 800,000 , (the " Bonds " )
at par plus a premium of $ 1.221.39 and accrued interest,
based upon a rate of interest of 8.875%
~~rcent (8.875 %) per annum, and otherwise upon the terms
provided for in the Ordinance/~ adopted on the 16th day
of September , 19~, (the "Issuing Legislation");
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Villaqe Council
of the Village of Dublin, Ohio , that:

Section 1. The bid of the Purchaser shall be and the same
- is hereby accepted, said bid being the highest based upon the
lowest rate of interest other than that provided for in the
Issuing Legislation.
Section 2. The Bonds after being duly executed and

signed according to law and according to the Issuing Legislation,
but bearing the rate of interest p~ovided for in the accepted
bid, shall be delivered to the Purchaser upon compliance with the
terms of sale.
".' Section 3. The fiscal officer of this Issuer shall

i~urnish to the Purchaser a true Transcript of Proceedings,
including a statement of net indertedness certified by such
r officer, and such other information as is required by law.
\.,.. Section 4. Such officer is further directed to cause a

Auditor as required by Section 133.36 of the Revised Code of Ohio.
