BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring: I Section 1. Whereas, a request has been made to vacate a portion of an existing easement due to the relocation of a sanitary sewerline. Therefore, this easement is no longer needed, and the Village of Dublin does hereby approve the vacation. Section 2. That Dublin Village Council finds that this matter is an emergency affecting public health and safety and shall be in effect immediately upon passage. r Passed this 7th day of October , 1985. .
