r A RESOWTION TO APPROVE THE
VACATION OF TWENTY FEET (20')
\.; OF AN EASEMENT FOR A SEWERLINE
IN INDIAN RUN MEADOWS SUBDIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
7 of the elected members concurring:
I Section 1. Whereas, a request has been made to vacate a portion of an
existing easement due to the relocation of a sanitary sewerline.
Therefore, this easement is no longer needed, and the Village of Dublin
does hereby approve the vacation.
Section 2. That Dublin Village Council finds that this matter is an
emergency affecting public health and safety and shall be in effect
immediately upon passage.

Situate in the State of Ohio. County of Franklin. Village of
Dublin. being in the Virginia Military Survey Number 3010. a,180 being
in Indian Run Meadows Section No. 1. Part Two. of record in Plat Book
,... 63. page 20. records of the Recorder's Office. Franklin County. Ohio
and being more particularly described as follows:
.... Beginning for reference at the southeasterly corner of 'Lot 60
of the aforementioned Indian Run Meadows Section No. 1 . Part Two.
said point also being the northeasterly corner of Reserve "A";
Thence N 110 50' 34" W. a distance of 4.07 feet. along the
easterly line of said Lot 60. to the true point of beginning of the
hereafter described 20 foot easement;
Thence N 630 55' 37" W. a distance of 236.81 feet along the
centerline of said 20 foot easement. crossing Lots 60 and 61 to a
point in lot 62 of the aforementioned Subdivision;
Thence S 490 00' 44" W. a distance of 152.04 feet continuing
along the centerline of said 20 foot easement. and crossing Lots 62
and 63 to the point termination. in Lot 64. of the aforementioned
Subdivision. of the herein described 20 foot easement.
