A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER
i i TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE PREPARATION
I OF A QUADRANT DEVELOPMENT STUDY OF THE PROPERTY

I BETWEEN POST ROAD AND S.R. 33
."... BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, STATE OF
OHIO:
SECTION 1. That a detailed quadrant development study of the
area bounded by Post Road, Avery Road and S.R. 33 is a necessary
and appropriate measure to be taken by this Council for the
purpose establishing a uniform overlay zoning district encompassi g
such considerations as traffic flow and road location, density,
setbacks, landscaping, relationship to surrounding residential
areas and to protect the important features of the quadrant.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution is declared to be an emergency
measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
safety and health of the residents of Dublin, Ohio.
