Such acreage represents a portion of the 15.59 acre parkland area ultimately expected to be deeded to the Village. Regarding installation of the bicycle path on the parkland, Republic Development Corporation will adhere to the position as set forth in the Planning and Zoning Commission minutes of May 3, 1984 and May 8, 1984. To help facilitate installation, Republic Development Corporation will have the weeds cut on the 5.5 acres. The above services are being provided with the understanding that ,.... the deed for the approximately 5.5 acres will be accepted by the Planning and Zoning Commission at the scheduled October 7, 1985 .~ meeting and that henceforth, the Village of Dublin will maintain the acreage.
