DEED FOR 5.525 ACRES III "INDIAN RUN
~ MEADOWS" FOR PARKS AND RECREATION
\.,,- PURPOSES FROM REPUBLIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, Republic Development Corporation (Indian Run Meadows) desires
to convey 5.525 acres to the Village of Dublin for Parks and Recreation
purposes;
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the Quit Claim Deed attached hereto for land for Parks
and Recreation purposes be, and the same hereby is, accepted and is
hereby authorized to be recorded.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.

Gentlemen:
This is to confirm my conversation with Ms. Janet Jordan with
regard to the approximately 5.5 acres of land at Indian Run Meadows
that Republic Development Corporation has agreed to deed to the
Village of Dublin. Such acreage represents a portion of the 15.59
acre parkland area ultimately expected to be deeded to the Village.
Regarding installation of the bicycle path on the parkland,
Republic Development Corporation will adhere to the position as set
forth in the Planning and Zoning Commission minutes of May 3, 1984 and
May 8, 1984. To help facilitate installation, Republic Development
Corporation will have the weeds cut on the 5.5 acres.
The above services are being provided with the understanding that

Planning and Zoning Commission at the scheduled October 7, 1985
.~ meeting and that henceforth, the Village of Dublin will maintain the
acreage.
