COLUMBUS, INCOME TAX DIVISION, OF THE
. INTENT OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN TO
\..., CANCEL AND TERMINATE THE CON"l'RACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLUMBUS AND
THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN FOR THE COL-
LECTION OF INCOME TAXES AS OF
DECEMBER 31, 1985.
WHEREAS, Section 9 of the Contract with the City of Columbus states
"Either party may cancel and terminate this contract agreement by
giving six (6) months written notice to the other party of its
intention so to do", and;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Village Council to notify the City
of Columbus, Income Tax Division, of its intent to do so;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1, That the Village of Dublin does hereby notify the City of
Columbus, Income Tax Division of its intent to cancel and terminate the
[ contract for collection of the Dublin Income Tax as of December 31, 1985,
Section 2, That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law,
