A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT A DEED OF
C EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER IM-
PROVEMENTS ON TULLER ROAD AND

DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
) of Ohio, J, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1- That the Easement attached hereto and, the condi-
tions of same' , be and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution is hereby declared an emergenc
measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety and for the further reason that construction
of said sewerline is imminent and, therefore this Resolution
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
