A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE VILLAGE
[ MANAGER TO TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS
TO HAVE A SPECIAL CENSUS CONDUCTED.
WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that a Special Census
should be taken;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin, State of Ohio, S of the elected members con-
curring:
SECTION 1- That the Village Manager be, and he hereby is,
authorized to make arrangements with the U.S. Department of
Commerce, Bureau of the Census, to conduct a Special Census
for the Village of Dublin, Ohio.
r SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
L force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
