[ A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSESSMENT
EQUALIZATION BOARD TO HEAR OBJECTIONS
RELATIVE TO THE IMPROVEMENT - "WATERLINE
IMPROVEMENT - SHIER-RINGS AND WILCOX
ROADS" - VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 5 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That HOWARD ADAMS, THOMAS GRACE AND VERNON METZ,
THREE ( 3 ) disinterested freeholders of said Village be, and
they hereby are, appointed to act as an Assessment Equaliza-
tion Board to hear and determine all timely written objections
to the estimated assessments heretofore reported to the Villag
Council of the cost of " Waterline Improvements - Shier-Rings
and Wilcox Roads" in the Village of Dublin, and to equalize
the same as to them seems proper, in accordance with Ohio
Revised Code Section 727.17 and Resolution No: 16-84 adopted
by Council on October 1, 1984.
[ SECTION 2. The Board shall first meet for the above purpose
at the Dublin Municipal Building, 6665 Coffman Road, Dublin,
Ohio on the 13th day of November , 1984 at 7:30 P.M.
and, upon completion of such hearing shall submit a report
on the equalization of assessments to the Village Council.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
