RESOLUTION NO,12-84
A RESOLUTION DECLARING PROPERTY LOCATED AT
8439 RIVERSIDE DRIVE, DUBLIN, OHIO, TO BE A
PUBLIC NUISANCE AND DIRECTING THE LAW DIRECTOR
TO ABATE THE SAME AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
r WHEREAS, that certain property located at 8439 Riverside Drive,
\- Village of Dublin, Ohio, is presenting in a deteriorated and unsafe
condition with partially completed improvements, and
WHEREAS, because of the unsightly condition, debris upon the
premises and unsafe condition, said premises constitutes a public
nuisance in the village, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin has caused the property owner, Mr.
Wallace J. Toscano to be duly notified on several occasions that work in
progress under a previously issued building permit was to be completed
and the condition of the premises was to be improved and all debris removed,
and
WHEREAS, said property owner has failed to take appropriate measures

~ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Counvil of the Village of Dublin,
7 member concurring, that:
Section 1, The said property located at 8439 Riverside Drive, Dublin,
Ohio, because of its deteriorated, unsafe, and unsightly condition be and
hereby is declared to be a public nuisance,
Section 2, That the property owner, Wallace J, Toscano shall be
served with a copy of this Resolution with the provision that all in progress
work shall be completed and the condition of the premises be improved by
removal of all debris to the extent that it shall not constitute a public
nuisance and all shall be completed within ten (10) days.
Section 3, Upon the failure of the property owner to render such
r property in a condition wherein all debris is removed, all work in
I progress under a previoUSly issued permit shall be completed, the Law

Director of the Village of Dublin be and hereby is directed to take all
appropriate remedies to abate the aforesaid nuisance,
Section 4, This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency
measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health,
safety, and welfare to abate a public nuisance and shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage,
