" PURSUANT TO SECTION 7.04 (b) OF THE CHARTER.

WHEREAS, the Council of the Village is enabled by virtue

i of Section 7.04 (b) of the Charter to specify by resolution the
; duties, and functions of the Board of Zoning Appeals; and
. powers,
I
: WHEREAS, it is in the "interest of the Village to provide for
Ii the efficient operation of the Planning and Zoning Commission
"
II and the Board of Zoning Appeals by separating their overlaping
'I functions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,' 7' of the members concurring,

" Section 1. That hereafter the Board of Zoning Appeals

'I shall. establish a regular (monthly) meeting date.

I Section 2. That the Board of Zoning Appeals exclusively ,

ishall hear all variance, conditional use, and zoning appeals I

iSUbject to the Charter provisions requiring staff review by

,I the Planning and Zoning Commission and approval by Council.

!I Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
I;
Iforce from and after the earliest period allowed by law. I
